Marty L. Stoll is an attorney and senior vice president at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. Marty’s legal practice focuses on commercial and agricultural real estate law, corporate law, and banking and finance law including asset purchases with sales, leases, mergers, affiliations, disaffiliations, and other transactions. She also assists clients on contract preparation and review, governance, regulatory, and compliance advice. Marty represents non-profit corporations, serving as outside general counsel to one of the largest nonprofit agencies in the State of Iowa. Marty currently serves as co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate section and is former Chair of the firm’s Business section.
