Jordan Kaplan is an attorney at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll. Jordan’s practice involves estate planning (e.g., preparation of wills and trusts), probate and trust administration, probate and trust litigation, business matters related to corporations and limited liability companies (including formation, purchase/sale agreements, contract drafting, and governance), and real estate (negotiation and drafting of purchase/sale agreements and leases). Additionally, Jordan has litigation experience involving workers’ compensation, property damage, and personal injury matters.
In 2015, Jordan was elected by his peers as President of the Scott County Bar Association and served in that role until his term ended in 2017.
