Bob has maintained a diversified practice throughout his career, focused primarily upon business, and trusts and estates, representing numerous multi-generational family businesses. His clients include manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, general and specialty contractors, real estate developers, retirement homes and broadcasting stations. Over the past decade, acquisitions in which Bob has been involved have ranged in size up to $60 million.
Bob received his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Iowa, where he served as student body president. He has practiced continuously in Johnson County since being admitted to the Iowa Bar. He is also admitted to practice in the federal district courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.
