Craig practices in the broad range of transactional law, performing client services in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including leases and tax-free exchanges and governmental platting proceedings, as well as estate planning services, including wills, trusts, medical and financial powers of attorney.
The complexity of Craig’s practice ranges from relatively simple real estate purchase and sales on to involved development activities, such as the platting of Iowa River Landing in Coralville, the title documentation for which involved over forty separate titles, as well as real estate acquisition details for the University of Iowa.
Craig has over forty years of experience creating title evidence for transactions large and small all through his co-ownership of Security Abstract Company in Johnson County.
