Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. is proud to announce that Samuel E. Jones has been elected a senior partner of the firm as of January 1, 2019.
Sam started at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll as a summer associate in 2006, and was hired as an attorney in 2008. Sam represents a wide range of clients, including multiple Fortune 50 Corporations, small businesses, professional service providers (doctors, lawyers, accountants, engineers, etc.), and individuals. Sam has developed an expertise in commercial litigation and construction law. In 2017, Sam was inducted to the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, a major professional honor reserved for the best trial attorneys in Iowa.Sam graduated with honors from Grinnell College in 2005, and went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he graduated with distinction in 2008. Sam and his wife live in Cedar Rapids with their two children.Shuttleworth & Ingersoll is a great law firm, made up of good people, doing they very best legal work in Iowa. I considered myself very lucky to be a part of the Shuttleworth team when I was hired as a summer associate twelve years ago. I feel even more fortunate today.
