Diane Kutzko: Congratulations and Thank You

Diane, from all of us at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, we say thank you for your years of dedicated service to the firm and our clients. We wish you the very best in your well-deserved retirement. Congratulations!Attorney Diane H. Kutzko is retiring from Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, effective March 31, 2018, after many years of dedicated service as the chair of the firm’s Health Law Practice Group and as an active health law and appellate attorney. Diane’s work has focused primarily in health law, advising a variety of providers concerning health care transactions and contracts, regulatory matters, and licensing issues. Diane has also represented clients in the state and federal appellate courts, including the United States Supreme Court. Connie M. Alt, attorney and senior vice president, will step in as chair for the firm’s Health Law Practice Group. “I am thankful for all the hard work Diane has given to the firm and our clients.
