Benjamin G. Nielson is an associate attorney at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, PLC where he practices primarily in the areas of Business, Finance, Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation. Benjamin regularly represents financial institutions and business creditors in all manner of insolvency and bankruptcy-related matters, including stay relief, financial restructuring, distressed loan workouts, foreclosures, judgement enforcement and more. In addition to his private practice, Benjamin also serves as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee, administering Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases for the benefit of creditors and other stakeholders.
