Traditionally, partners at the Firm are developed from summer associates who become associates following gradution from law school.  The Firm is also interested in receiving information from attorneys who are interested in relocating to practice law in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City corridor.  Shuttleworth & Ingersoll attorneys' practices are very specialized and the Firm is interested in growing and developing current specialties and creating new specialties as new legal issues arise.
