| Tim Klima is a registered patent attorney and prior to joining SI, maintained an Intellectual Property law practice in Washington, D.C. for 20 years. He concentrates on general IP counseling, domestic/international patent procurement and opinions, licensing of technology, protection of trade secrets, and IP related employment issues. He has helped clients obtain more than 400 patents and has litigated patents, trade secrets and technology licenses. He also has published and lectured on those topics. Tim is experienced in mechanical, electromechanical and chemical engineering technologies and worked as an engineer before entering law school. |
