The Shuttleworth & Ingersoll, P.L.C. trial attorneys have extensive experience in federal and state courts in Iowa and other states; before state and federal administrative and regulatory agencies; and in arbitration proceedings, mediations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Many of the firm's trial attorneys have prior experience as clerks for trial or appellate judges. The Federal District Courthouse for the Northern District of Iowa is just two blocks from our offices, and our trial team has many cases pending in federal as well as state court in Cedar Rapids and throughout the state.
